1. Strong theoretical foundation and experimental experience in molecular biology, proficient in experimental techniques in molecular biology, including nucleic acid (DNA, RNA) extraction, PCR, gene editing, and other related technologies;
2. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to read and understand professional-related English literature fluently;
3. Experience in DNA methylation library construction, gene knockout, cell line construction, cell culture and epigenetics is preferred;
4. Experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and single-cell sequencing is preferred.
